For our forty-seventh episode, we visited the Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn home of Molly Ford and her husband, Hudson. Molly is a florist whose whimsical creations can be seen everywhere from celebrity weddings to New York Fashion Week runways and brand events. Some of her clients include Hill House Home, Mejuri, Airbnb, PatBo, Kiehls, and Brightland. This year she was on the design committee member at New York Botanical Garden’s annual Orchid Dinner.
Molly’s goal when designing her apartment was to create a home that feels cozy, comfortable, and not too precious, with color and nature references from her parents and childhood in Arkansas.
