Better With Age: Jennifer Paccione

What if the people on MTV Cribs had invested in timeless statement furniture and decor instead of Bentleys and a fridge full of energy drinks? You’d get Better With Age, a peek inside the homes of notable designers and tastemakers who share a love of all things pre-loved.

Our fourteenth episode features Jennifer Paccione Angulo – Creative Director, Co-Founder, and Interior Designer at CASA ANGULO, an Interior Architecture & Design firm in New York. Born and raised in New York, Jennifer spent her early career living in Milan, Italy where she pursued journalism. She covered Milan Design Week and wrote op—pieces on Italian Fashion Houses as they expanded into design. Since moving back to NYC, for the last 5 years Jennifer has worked as an in-house Creative Director for brands including Ceremonia – a clean hair care brand founded by Babba Rivera. This role shaped and trained Jennifer’s eye for exceptional design, and helped her transition into her current role at CASA ANGULO. Jennifer finds inspiration in the merging of individual nostalgia ignited by design. She enjoys finding harmony and balance between old and new pieces.

Check out Jennifer’s home in Brooklyn Heights which she describes as “Mediterranean Grandma.” It includes a vintage chess board that her husband used to take to school everyday as a child in Havana, Cuba, a set of toile vintage chairs she won at a live auction in Bellport, NY for $25, and a rare chest of drawers with a hidden record player.
