Inspection
Our team carefully inspects each item before bringing it to
our warehouse to make sure it meets Kaiyo’s standards for
quality, durability, and cleanliness.
Cleaning
Once items arrive at our warehouse, they are professionally
cleaned with organic, eco-friendly products. Our experts
select the most effective and rigorous disinfection process
custom to each piece.
Photography
What you see is what you get. Our team of photographers
captures all angles of each item, taking special care to
photograph tags, markings, and any imperfections.
Wrap
Items are carefully wrapped and stored in our
climate-controlled warehouses until they are delivered to
your home.
Storage
Customers in our white-glove delivery zone will select their
preferred delivery date, and may choose to receive their
order in as fast as two days. Our expert delivery team will
place and assemble your items with care. For those outside
of our service area, we work with a network of third-party
delivery carriers. Customers can also choose to pick up
their items from our New Jersey or Maryland warehouses.
Our Guarantee
During your appointment, we ask that you inspect each item to make
sure that you love it. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll
issue a refund minus the related delivery or restocking fees.
